Here are few pictures of work on the radio station. The last couple of weeks we have had a lot of rain. When Andrew was inspecting the transmitter room he found a bad plug that was arcing. He call me over and while looking at the problem I saw another problem. Water was leaking down through the antenna line into the combiner for the station. After months of looking for the problem it became obvious what it was, somewhere there was a cut in the main line. Upon climbing the tower I began checking the antennas and the line. On top I found the problem. We also brought two of the antennas down to check them out. Upon inspection of the antennas we found that they are in perfect condition. Praise the Lord! Now we need to replace a few parts. New transmission line/jumpers needed, a power divider and one adapter to connect the new line. It will cost us $650.00 total to finish getting the station back on the air. If you would like to help us complete the station and get it on the air please drop us an email at Clarkmvimi@ntamar.net or Rikakisteve@gmail.com
Thank you for all of your prayers and support. Be blessed in all that you do!

Andrew, Margaret and Ben

For the last week we have had Andrew, Margaret and Ben Marriott with us. They are the directors of Missionary Ventures New Zealand. Andrew was here before but this time brought his family with him. Andrew and Margaret have been instrumental in promoting the mission in New Zealand. The last time Andrew was with us he helped train our staff for the station. This time the training has accelerated and his son Ben has been helping as well. Andrew and Margaret also raised funds for safety equipment for the Pointman as well as helping us establish our partnership with United Christian Broadcasters Pacific Partners. With their help we are close to seeing the radio station come on in full broadcast operations. We are certainly so blessed to have them as friends and partners in the ministry here in the Marshall Islands. Ben will be staying with us until the 30th of January continuing to help us with the radio ministry. Please keep this wonderful family in your prayers as they help spread the Gospel throughout the Pacific!

Halloween? NO! ACA Fall Festival

On October 31st we did not celebrate halloween here at ACA (Ajeltake Christian Academy). We had a wonderful day full of games, food, fellowship and christian music. It was a time just to share good things together. Here in the islands we do not see a real shift in seasons. It is either dry and windy or raining and windy. However different schools do allow costumes and celebrate halloween. Not here though! We had the candy but we filled the day with love, joy, peace, and happiness in the name of Jesus. It is such a joy to have a part of these young lives. We give God all of the glory for what He is doing in ACA. No matter what is going on in their lives they know that here on the compound they are family. Parents and children alike had an awesome day. Be blessed and thanks for all of your prayers and support.
