Busy Busy!

Good day from the islands.  Wow it has been a busy past three weeks.  End of school complete with award ceremonies, two graduations and a Kemem (first birthday celebration).  Needless to say we have been on the move getting ready for a busy summer with conferences.  It is going to be awesome seeing all of those from the outer islands here in Majuro.
Kanani's birthday was on the 10th of June.  We had her birthday here on the compound.  It was awesome!  Many came and helped us celebrate this occasion.  We were so blessed by those who joined us.  In the Marshall Islands this birthday is a very important one.  All of the family comes together bringing food and all that is need for the party.  Terina's family was awesome and provided all of the local food.  There were so many different types of local food.  We are so thankful for them.  Literally the whole family was here helping in so many ways.
We know that if our family was here that they would have been helping as well.  But because they are in the states they were not able to.  I want to tell you though our friends and family here the islands helped us make it a special day.  A big thank you to all of our extended family here in the islands.  All and all we are so blessed with our grand daughter Kanani.
Last weekend was Father's day.  We want to take time again to say Happy Father's day to all of the fathers out there.  I actually did not have to preach that weekend.  We attended the english service at Majuro English Assembly (MEA).  The ladies were in charge of that service and did such an awesome job. We celebrated fathers and the graduates from Marshall Islands High School.
Shawn delivered an awesome word for fathers!  I really need to start recording things.  So proud of her as she encouraged fathers and families.  Shawn continues to step up in so many areas of ministry.  The Lord told us to step up higher in ministry and work together.  Shawn is continuing to see opportunities to minister open for her.  God you are so good!
The boy are all doing well as well as our daughters Malissa and Terina.  We are so blessed.  We are so excited about what God is doing and the new opportunities opening up.  Shawn in the fall will begin to travel to the outer islands together.  Praise the Lord!  God is so good!  Thank you for all of your faithful prayers and support.  We love and appreciate you all so much.

Running with the Vision,
Steve, Shawn, Richard, Travis, Malissa, Stephen, Terina and Kanani
